I inspected her thoroughly, she passed with flying colors. The guitar is deeply resonant, beautiful in the basses, blooming and bellowing, with matching highs. I was surprised a touch by her overall clarity. Setup very nicely, she acclimated to the gallery environment and came to life. Lattice braced using all wood. Back braces are built with Redwood. She cleaned up really well. 1 string ding behind the treble E on the bridge. Nothing else to report via thorough inspection. The guitar also has a soundboard transducer installed for easy amplification. Visually, this guitar is stunning. The Redwood is dark, treated naturally by Chris. The Brazilian is downright eye candy. Photographing this guitar will be a pleasure. She plays really well, very driven and focused. Little to no break at high velocities, I found it a pleasure to play. Media Listening with high quality headphones or audio equipment is highly recommended including EQ manipulation, if possible. We record everything flat with just a touch of Reverb to relieve dryness. My goal is to record the guitar as realistically as is possible. I speak in the recordings, my thoughts about the guitar (and possibly other things?). My speaking also serves to give you my first impressions and to also give you a balance of the engineering (or lack thereof) versus the sound of the guitar.
