Description Blakes Building Profile Base Plate – Zinc Plated The Blakes Base Plate is designed to allow a Blakes External Corner Profile to stand independently, providing a stable and versatile foundation on site. It features two special mounting clips, enabling use in both Internal and External Corner positions. Simply select the required position and place a Blakes Corner Profile or Blakes Box Profile onto the mounting clip. The Base Plate is compatible with: Blakes Corner Profiles Blakes Box Profiles Prop Profiles (when used with a suitable box profile) Most 50mm (2″) box profiles Please note: This product is not suitable for use with aluminium box profiles. For additional security, you can fix the Base Plate using concrete screws. Depending on the application, extra stabilisation may be required using a gallows bracket or another suitable clamping device.
